Great customer service, fast responses and fixed the issue in the end. Really happy.

There was a shipping issue with my order, but after contacting customer service (Esther) it was resolved with a replacement sent very quickly.

I contacted Huion Support through Skype and a ticket. I was contacted back on Skype, they were able to pull up my ticket, and with a few questions and instructions were able to diagnose the issues I was having and correct them in a timely manner.

Overall fantastic support. Reached out to see if they will honor a promotion I missed my a few hours and despite the holiday. They shipped the free promotion item separately and didn't charge any shipping despite the two packages arriving separately.

That awful thing happened to me. When you're drawing and suddenly the screen goes black. But it definitely got worse when the powder adapter wouldn’t switch back on either. The next day it did, however the screen remained black. So I unplugged and replugged in the machine and it shorted. Spark, flame, smoke, the whole cinematic episode. I was still very much in warranty, which was good because this machine cost me a years patreon income and I absolutely could not afford another. I emailed Huion and though their replies were slower than I felt totally at ease with (I appreciate that it was on account of a high ticket count), and some of the automated responses were not helpful or relevant, they did actually respect my warranty, shortly after explaining I possibly put the cord in wrong, which is very possible but doesn’t explain why the tablet wasn’t switching on beforehand. However I am not complaining, I’m actually hugely grateful. The Kamvas Studio 24 is the most expensive piece of kit that Huion makes (well worth it, it’s a great piece of equipment) and still they sent me a brand new one for only the price of postage. It was a huge investment for me to not only get the Huion Kamvas Studio 24, but to make the switch over from Wacom, and even now I don’t regret it. Actually, especially now. Genuinely thank you Huion for resolving this for me, you have saved me in a big way.
