My drawing tablet was damaged in shipping, and Huion actually both responded quickly and dispatched a replacement tablet in record time. Loc on the customer support team was thorough and prompt in their responses. I've genuinely never expected replacement service to be that good. They honored the warranty and they did it at "Amazon" speeds. Wow.

This is one of the best wireless macro pads for the price hands down. I wanted to over write over some more complicated macros on factory default settings and they were able to help me every day 1 email a day. Very supportive. This macro pad is super customizable. I was debating between this and stream deck. I am soo glad I went with Huion. And best part is, it works on every software. I use it for many of my other software and works like a charm. Bluetooth connectivity is quick and responsive. The wheel is customizable as well for zoom, scroll and 1 more feature. Highly recommend this product.
