Beware if you try to return anything Beware if you try to return anything this is the response: 'Please be informed though that we will have to charge an 8% restocking fee if you do return the item and you will have to bear the shipping costs in both the delivery and return of the product. The 8% restocking fee and the shipping cost for the delivery will be deducted from the total refund amount.'

Nothing on their site works for me. I can't even retrieve my password because it gives me a stupid error, but when I try to make an account with my email, it's already being used! The tablet I brought off mightyape, a NZ store, can't work properly on my phone and I can't even download the firmware to fix it on my pc because it's missing files!!! Why is this so difficult? I spent nearly 200 dollars on a tablet I can't even comfortably use! Don't use the H610 PRO V2. IT'S NOT WORTH THE STRESS OF TRYING TO FIX IT FOR OVER A YEAR!

I received Huion's Kamvas 13 tablet on the 13th December 2021 and immediately noticed a small pixel defect. Through a series of correspondence with customer service, I was made aware that I would have to incur the cost of returning the tablet to China for repairs. As I understand it, according to Huion's return policy for units with quality issues if notified within 7 days of delivery--Huion bears the cost. Customer services repeatedly said this was not the case. Here's a quote: "We believe that the tablet issue does not affect too much to your work. Considering it will cost you much time and money to return the item to China and fix it. If it is possible for you to accept USD 30 partial refunds as compensation?" I am wary of a company that does not honor its contractual warranty agreement. I will get legal advice before deciding how to proceed. Updates will follow.

Ok, so I placed an order on the EU store on black friday. The items I bought had a tag on them that said "ship from europe" which would mean no customs charge. However when I received my package it went from china, through customs marked with recipient pays customs. So Huion intentionally sent me the shipment with the intent to have me pay for customs. Furthermore they didnt mark the packages correctly so the customs overcharged aswell. So if you order from Huion, even if its in your region specific store, be prepared to pay customs and taxes with an additional handling fee from dhl for them to take care of customs payments. I did write to them first to give them a chance to correct this misstake, sometimes misstakes happens and most companies will remedy the situation, Huion did not. I did write a post on their facebook group and they removed it the day after. So I dont expect to get any help from Huion but I write this to warn people. If you order from them, be ready to pay extra taxes and customs charges.

The customer service is so bad, it can’t get any worse! I send 15-20 emails before I ever get a reply! I had to cancel my order and was charged 8 !!! percent! Business beyond words and The company accordingly!!

If only I could give negative stars...what a joke of a company AVOID AVOID AVOID ....still waiting on my item 15 days since ordering...just received a letter stating I have £100 customs charges to pay ....this item was bought from a UK website ....Needless to say I won't be paying or collecting the item from the depot instead I'm going for a full refund and taking my business elsewhere...terrible customer service to top it off ...stay away ..you will regret using this company

I have tried multiple times to contact their customer service, i ordered a present for my girlfriend under the notion that the expedited shipping (3-10 business days) was legit and some what accurate. it’s been roughly two weeks since i’ve ordered this product and i have yet to receive any follow up information about tracking or shipment, i did however get an email they received my money. i am very very close to contacting my bank to report a scam. i’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response, AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS, i’ll update the view if anything changes but at this point i am not hopeful at all. what a waste and horrible experience
