I had one of their tablets for years and had constant problems with it until it finally gave out. I bought a new one, and within a week it also stopped working. I've verified that it is not a problem with my computer; nothing in my system is blocking it, and all of the USB ports are functioning properly. To make matters worse, the "support" FAQ they offer on their site is worthlessly vague, only giving a very brief list of solutions. $80 for something that barely functions. Never buying from them again.

This company displayed a banner over all of their products that the item shipped from the UK. Charged me £50 for shipping and shipped the item from China. I got a DHL request for £132 of VAT. This is fraud. Completely unethical and reporting them to UK trading standards.

I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM HUION AGAIN -------------------------------------- After a couple of years I will probably be buying a new tablet again, just google "huion device disconnected" and you will see lots of results, I have really looked after mine kept it in its original box when not in use ect and now it sometimes works, most of the time it doesn't. Huion customer support is even worse than Virgin Media, you just keep telling us to buy more cables (£30 each) and re-installing the drivers, neither of which will work. If I was within guarantee they will most likely ask you to ship the faulty tablet to China, which is not cheap to say the least, save your money in the long term and spend a bit more for a Wacom.

I ordered a Kamvas Studio 22 and it never worked properly. I went back and forth with customer support, which is only reachable by email, and their advice was useless. I finally gave up when they told me to disconnect the tablet from the computer I was using with it, when the whole point was that I wanted a stand alone tablet-computer. I told them I wanted to return the defective tablet and first they wanted to charge a restocking fee but finally agreed to refund me in full. After they received the tablet back, they said I would see a refund in 2-3 days. Then they said they could not refund me because of I used PayPal. This all took so long that my credit card company closed the dispute I had started and wouldn’t open it again because of the amount of time that had passed. I approached Huion again and now they’re claiming they already refunded me which they did not - the charge still appears on my credit card. I have never dealt with such a dishonest company. The product was defective, the customer support non-existent, and finally they have been gaslighting me about the refund. In reply to Huion’s comment on this review, they do have my money - $1225 which is a huge amount to be swindled out of. While the charge was initially reversed during the dispute, the charge now stands as the dispute was closed due to the time that passed while Huion strung me along with useless instructions for getting their defective tablet to work. They have the tablet and they have my money and they claim to have refunded me which they have not. Also, they know that the dispute was with my bank and that PayPal won’t touch the case because of that. Shame on them. An update: The seller continues to claim that they refunded me but I’ve now spoken to PayPal to check that the funds weren’t somehow held up and they confirm that no refund was ever issued. The seller has been completely disingenuous, emailing me “proof” of a refund but the email they forwarded pertains to a different transaction number, and not mine.

I bought a graphic tablet on 17th February 2022, Kamvas 16. It looked promising according to youtube reviews. I ordered the product on the official German site of Huion for 2 reasons. I thought it would arrive faster than if I bought the tablet on another site that might ship the product from China first. This has been confirmed. The product was delivered quickly. The 2nd reason was that in case there are problems with the product I then have a contact here in Germany, where I live. Wrong ! When I opened the package I noticed traces of dampness on the box of the product. In the box I found footprints on the protective layer that covered the device and under the film, traces of a white powder. I did not open the package around the graphic tablet and through the address of the shipper, looked for a phone number on the Internet (no other contact details are provided in the parcel). It was a cell phone number; I left a message but never got a reply. So I wrote to Huion and asked for a return label. They quickly replied to see photos. I sent them immediately. That was on February 23. Since then, not a peep. I wrote on 25 feb to be notified about how things were going to unfold and on 3 March I write that I was cancelling my purchase. Still having no response I wrote this review in German in Trustpilot. Huion reacted immediately and wrote on the Truspilot website that I should check my spam box because they sent an answer on the last dates I mentioned above. I checked my mail box. They did not send anything !!!

I’m dealing with there customer support at the moment and not only are they not coming forth with any useful information but they are also very rude. I sent an email in response to them telling me everything you can freely read from there websites- I said I was sorry but it was not that helpful as I had read all that information already through there websites and explain that I wouldn’t be free to correspond until the following week (I’m not a Doctor but I do do very long days on site so no access to computers) this was the response-( I understand it might take your cherish time to shoot a short video) seriously who’s training these people, what if I was a doctor doing God knows what hours.

I was so excited that I was finally able to afford a huion kamvas studio 22 and I chose the expedited shipping.i placed the order 4 days ago and I haven't received a single update. I dont understand what's taking so long for them to ship it. I tried contacting their customer service but they still haven't responded. I am definitely not ordering from them again.

UPDATE: After I left this review, Huion customer service emailed me and told me the warehouse never communicated with them that the tablet I ordered was out of stock...anyway, they are sending me a similar but "upgraded" model. This order has actually shipped so now I'll see if it actually arrives. ___________________________ I ordered a tablet on February 6, 2022. I only have received 1 email that the order was placed. It is now been an entire week since my purchase and there is no communication that the order has shipped. I have emailed customer service 3 times, and there has been no feedback on when my order will ship. This is the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. I am a first-time customer of Huion and was excited to try their products from all the rave reviews on YouTube. But I will NEVER use their products after this experience. I am pretty convinced they ripped me off, and the product is not coming. At this point, all I want is a refund. But their scam customer service tactics make it impossible to get in touch with anyone and cancel my order.
