Huion has happily taken money for a product ordered in November but the product never arrived. After sending a message to the customer service I've been told the product is out of stock and therefore hasn't been shipped yet. They will ship it once it's in stock again, but no one knows when that might be. Huion, I want my money back, as the product isn't in stock, I want a full refund, without you taking the 8% restocking fee. There's nothing to restock!! Please resolve the issue before I contact my bank, you're breaking so many customers protection rights

The cord was absurdly short. It does not reach the back of my computer from my desk. I have to eventually buy an extension cord. Seemed like a hassle to return it and there weren't any longer cord options that I saw anyway. Not pleased. Very expensive for a 1m cord.

I bought a Huion Kamvas 16 and it arrived used, with the scratched screen as if someone had intentionally cracked it and without the accessories. It's terrible and the support doesn't do anything

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf huionshop.de Nachdem mir mein Original Huion Stift kaputt ging, wollte ich mir einen neuen kaufen. Zu allererst war es auf der Seite etwas schwierig herauszufinden welchen Ersatzstift ich zu erwerben habe. Als ich schließlich fündig wurde und den Stift, der laut Seriennummer auf mein Gerät passen sollte, erhielt und benutzen wollte musste ich feststellen, dass dieser nicht funktioniert. Auch nach wiederholtem Neustart und De- und Neuinstallation des Treibers funktionierte nichts. Der einzige Hinweis im Huion FAQ zu dem Thema war, Batterie checken (mein Stift besitzt keine Batterie) und Spitze tauschen, was auch nichts geholfen hat. Als ich mich vor 2,5 Wochen bei der offiziellen Huion Mail-Adresse erkundigte, was ich jetzt genau falsch mache, erhielt ich keine Antwort. Als ich daraufhin meinen Stift zurück schicken wollte, musste ich feststellen, dass sich dies als ebenso schwierig herausstellen musste. Um einen Artikel zurückzusenden muss man sich ebenfalls an die selbe Mail-Adresse wenden. Auf mein Rücksende-Etikett warte ich seit einer Woche. Und die auf der Website angegebene Rufnummer ist scheinbar nicht vergeben.

I wrote to return the cable because it wasn't for my model, and they said they would send the right piece, which was an adapter for the charger. So they didn't read what I was asking for. They charged me with an additional $12 for the shipping and I end up with a cable that I don't need a cheap adapter and payed $104.56 in total.

Beware, the 4k drawing tablet does not work smoothly with Clip Studio Paint... Lots of glitchy lines. I was told by Huion to set the resolution to 1080p... Defeats the purpose of getting a 4k display...

There's currently no windows 11 driver support for the tablet I purchased. Kamvas 12 Pro. Only works some of the time, with a lot of driver installation and uninsallation. I've tried 4 drawing programs and again, the pen only draws *some* of the time. Hiuon support has been completely unhelpful and will only accept a return if I pay shipping and lost 8% restocking fee which is ridiculous given their product software is not up to date. 100% regret this purchase and will never buy from Huion again.
