I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this company. It took an astonishing two months for me to receive my package, and the only reason I even got it was because I had to constantly reach out to their customer service. It's completely unacceptable that I had to wait for so long without any proactive communication from the company. I expected better from a professional organization. The lack of communication and delayed delivery left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I strongly advise others to think twice before considering this company for their shopping needs. There are plenty of other reliable options available that value their customers and provide timely service. I hope my review serves as a wake-up call for the company to improve its practices and prioritize customer satisfaction.

I rate my experience as a 4 just because I'm happy I have it now and there’s nothing wrong with it but I did have to pre order and wait for a whole month and half which sucks cause it's just a vape!!
