When I ordered the tanks it did not…
When I ordered the tanks it did not state that they were on backorder. So it took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my order.

Hi there, Thanks for your order. The purchase button is "pre-order" for the products you ordered. Pre-order means you can order now, you will be in the first bulk list, but we haven't in stock, shipping will be according to the order time. Sorry for the inconvenience, because what you ordered is a pre-order product, the product inventory has not yet reached our warehouse. The availability date is March 20. Once we get your package ready, it will be shipped out within 1-2 work days from the US warehouse, and you will be updated with shipping info by email. Expect failure from this company!
It's not your product, it's your business model that depends on "just in timing" everything from China. It took 2 months for my order to get here. 2 months. I don't care what problems are going, china celebrating their new year, or whatever. The fact is you continuously failed me and I suspect many of your other customers. This will be the last you hear from me as, I am no longer your customer. Good bye! P.S. I really don't imagine GeekVape will publish this.

Hello friend, Sorry to keep you waiting. Because the parts were shipped from the warehouse in China, it was expected to take 15 working days to arrive. In addition, we had the New Year holiday in February before, so the staff in the warehouse were all on holiday, they could not help you arrange the shipment, so there was some delay. We also confirmed with you that you expressed your willingness to wait, so we held the order for you and did not cancel it. All other products are shipped from U.S. warehouses. If your order is in stock, it will usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Thank you.
