Successful pre-order figurine acquiring
I pre-ordered a figurine roughly a year ago from this store, because other stores either didn't have enough good reputations with preorders or didn't deliver to the place I lived or didn't have a guarantee pre-order bonus included. The price here for the figure with delivery to EU was also one of the cheapest considering other mentioned difficulties. I've got my figure today with UPS safe and magnificent. It was a difficult year. In 2023 they had web-store relaunch and all previous orders became invisible on the accounts, and only stayed their database. The only way to know what is with the order is to write to support. The figurine was also delayed by roughly 5 months, as support assured me it's bc of manufacture, not them (and that looked true). Although this year their store had a lot of bad reviews and I was really worried about my pre-order, their support always answered in timely manner and helped me with all the questions. The packaging was ok (mainly relying on the manufacture packaging as many other stores). They were about a month late with sending it after I first saw the released figures sold freely on other online stores, not perfect but also not critical. All in all they fulfilled all their obligation and I am happy.
