I ordered 3 items. Randomly got an e-mail 2 months later how my order got canceled with no explanation, and I will het a refund for 1 items. Adter chatting with their stupid ai bot, I was able to get a promise for a full refund and an explanation… Horrible service. Way too scammy for a big company

Unter aller Sa* Figur bestellt bezahlt. In NL wieder im Lager gelandet. Schei** Kundenservice mit chat bot. Trotz E-mail, mit schicken sie nochmal Lieferadresse und Name, Ware trotzdem nicht erhalten aber schnell schnell machen sonst ist sie weg, war der Druck gleich geschaffen! Trotzdem laut der aktualisierten Sendungsverfolgung nie aus den Niederlanden rausgekommen. Nun nach erneuter Nachfrage was das soll, ist die Figur plötzlich nicht mehr lieferbar. Obwohl meine Sendung ja noch im Lager in den Niederlanden liegen sollte. Ist in meinen Augen eine echte Sauerei. Nie wieder bestelle ich auf der Seite etwas. Führt mal besseren Kundenservice ein wo man auch mit realen Menschen reden kann!!! Der Zeitraum von der Bestellung bis heute war es über einen Monat!

I received a fraudulent charge for this service I have never even heard of. Stay away!

Didn't provide tracking number until after the package had apparently been "delivered." Didn't send with signature required, so a neighbour made off with it. I did get the package, but I shouldn't have had to get into an altercation with an old lady to get a package, it should have been sent signature required and I should have had tracking without having to contact support. Tried to push things off onto FedEx instead of taking ownership of the problem. Never resolved the issue or offered any actual support. Any other retailer is a better option, especially if you're Canadian.

Horrible experience overall. Wouldve expected a bit more from such a big company

NEVER PRE ORDER FIGURES OFF CRUNCHYROLL! I’ve been figure collecting for 10 years and my normal go to has always been amiami. I decided to pre order prize figures off crunchyroll last year since they were at a decent price. NEEDLESS to say i’ve heard crunchyroll store has sales sometimes and i was willing to give them a chance. U.S Tariffs hit and the day my big order is about to ship (took them 6 months) deeply regretted even placing an order with them as the Gojo figures i pre-ordered here were already available in places like Mercari for about the same price. They try to charge my account however mine was empty; and they didnt just try once. They tried 6 times. Super annoying! Left it however in case sure yeah i do have enough. LAST YEAR. A couple days go by and i receive a Cancellation notice in my email. Opened it; says my order has been SUCCESSFULLY CANCELED. okay; one less thing to worry about! IF THEY DIDNT STEAL MY MONEY They sent me the cancelation notice JANUARY 3RD 2026 It is currently MARCH 22ND 2026 And what did i get in my email? “Your order #’SuccesfullyCancled’ has shipped!” Excuse me? Since when did canceling an ORDER an ENTIRE ORDER mean it was okay to charge me 3 WHOLE MONTHS LATER. ARE THEY STUPID? The assistant AI bot is the most annoying thing on earth but if they dont fix this by tomorrow i will be filing a dispute with my bank. Never buy figures from here especially not pre-orders— it’s clear they have really scummy practices at play and dont care about the customer at all. I will update if i do get my refund or if i’ll have to file for fraud for them to fix their shitty customer service.

Pre-Ordered a figurine back in December 2025 that I was really looking forward to receiving. March comes along and I get informed that it was ready to ship via PostNL on the 6th. PostNL expect it on the 10th or 11th. No updates in the meantime. I raise an issue with Crunchyroll on the night of the 11th, told a response will be in 2 business days and I cannot talk to a live agent. Plus the chatbot did NOT recognise my order details. On the 13th Crunchyroll's response was "please wait 3-5 more business days as the items don't always get scanned." Tracking page still shows no update since the 6th and the 10 & 11th expected dates have been striked out. Over the weekend of the 14th and 15th the expected date becomes "Calculating" On the 16th, with no warning, phone call, offer to leave with a neighbour or leave in a safe place or leave with a local depot, PostNL attempted delivery and are now returning the parcel immediately. PostNL say "talk to sender" Crunchyroll still won't put me through to a live agent and I expect I won't get a response for 2 days. Meanwhile the parcel will be returned to them in 1 day. Considering Crunchyroll's chatbot couldn't find my order and Crunchyroll offering no actual help via email only, I feel like this is incompetence at a minimum and very scammy and scummy at worst. Will wait and see if they auto refund me when the parcel returns to them or not.
