It baffles me that such a large company can have such awful customer service but here we are. Have been trying to get in contact with them for weeks and nothing. Have been waiting on a figure I ordered back in September 2023. I finally just went ahead and issued a chargeback since even though they can be bothered to take my money, they can't be bothered to answer emails.

terrible service! Needs urgent improvement. Crunchyroll store problems exist for so long, completely ignorant. Do not waste your money with it.

I PREordered and ordered in february a Doflamingo figure and bought a luffy figure and a funko of whitebeard. Luffy and the funko figure arrived but Luffy figure was broken so they said to me this on april 2th 2023: “Unfortunately, we can't send you a different figure. I've just refunded $74.80 for your item. It can take 1-2 business days for PayPal or 3-5 business days for your credit card to process the partial refund. If you used the payment method Sezzle, refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Please let me know if I can further assist. Thank you and have a great day!” Than the Doflamingo figure was released at 30 or 31st of october but my order was gone and then i wrote to the customer service and they ignoring me. I WANT MY DOFLAMINGO FIGURE I WAIT FOR MOOOONTHS NOW DONT IGNORE ME! Btw i never received in my email a order number i only got in my paypal email a #with a number. Than the excuse was why my order is gone in my crunchyroll store account is cuz they have a new system and lost alot of orders by customers. So dont say “what is your order number” look at our customer service history by email i can send you every proof you want crunchy. And i don’t want money back or anything i want my figure i wait soooo long for it :(
