The worst delivery experience ever. 4 items ordered, 2 arrived and the 2 other are "in transit" since more than 3 weeks. Impossible to get any information from the customer service. Don't order anything there.

Expensive items! No one would buy such extensive things! With this money,I can go spend 2 nights at a 4 star hotel with my parents AND my younger sister. Plus The app where you watch anime gives you 20 ads per episode and It's very annoying because ads are longer than The episodes! Please put less ads for exemple 3 or 4 or maybe 2 like YouTube.(guys if you agree give me like)

Apps always crashing no matter which device I’m using. I go from a tablet to a phone to a TV for it to have the same issue get stuck on an anime in a language that I did not select. The subtitles aren’t matching with what the people are saying They are four and five sentences lagging and it’s all the time it says there’s an English dub for you to click in further to not be like this app is getting crapier and crapier after every update. I don’t know who started running this at the start of 2024 but it’s going downhill. Maybe you should focus on fixing your bugs before adding all this useless nonsense. It’s irritating that I’m paying for this service for it to act up every day that I’ve used it this year. I get so frustrated from having to go back-and-forth and back-and-forth and in and out of watching an anime that I just stopped watching it and switched to another service to watch the anime or watch for free somewhere else. While I’m paying for there service….

Worst time ever getting ahold of customer service have an order thats been processing for 2 weeks.

Dont ever buy from this company, their service is horrible! They dont care about your rights as a customer! And refuse to follow rules about a custumers right to cancel a buy and use the 30 day return policy.

Horrible customer service, returns and policies are outright terrible and time consuming. I bought the DBS Blu Ray Collectors edition, it didn’t come complete and had two of the same discs. Returned it, waited weeks for it, they sent me the same item and it STILL had the duplicate discs. Had to buy an individual copy to replace the disc. I tried canceling an order within MINUTES and they said they couldn’t process my refund. Horrible company, terrible service, don’t buy from these jerks. They will screw you over

If you bought from their store and want to make a return for whatever reason, expect an annoying process because they don't have a built-in system that tells you about your refund. Usually, when you purchase an item from a business and you ask for a refund, they will send you an email that same day that notifies you that your refund has been sent and it will take an X amount of days for your bank to process it through. Crunchyroll doesn't do that. Instead, they tell you that once your package has been returned, a refund will come in about 5 days. So no official notice will be sent to you. You just have to take their word for it. It's the same as someone telling you "You'll get your money back just trust me bro" which is very aggravating. You may be wondering, "Well did you get your refund?" No, I haven't. You have to constantly email them demanding your money back or they'll keep your money like thieves. If they don't give you your money back, you might as well do a chargeback on them with your bank because they are liars. It shouldn't take an entire month to receive a refund.

Horrible experience. Ordered 3 pre-ordered books. Weeks went by, release dates came and went, several weeks later no books so I reached out online. Order hasn't even shipped yet and books are in stock. I talk to associate on chat. Associate tells me there's no ship date estimate. Doesn't apologize about lateness. I ask to cancel order, they tell me they can only cancel one of 3 books. I say fine. Weeks go by, no refund on the book. I reach out, associate on chat says I have to email them and then just stops responding to my messages. Will NEVER order from this company again.
