Shopped around the site, placed an order, contacted customer service to check on the shipment and yes I do have to say everything went smoothly and the items ordered delivered on time were satisfying as described. Can't complain. So a happy customer here. Should you consider the Stop-Over Store, from my experience, do not hesitate!

After discovering that my Travel-Pro suitcase wheels could be replaced and a new suitcase wasn't needed, I immediately called the store and spoke to a great lady. She directed me to measure the wheels in a certain way and then said that if I called the next day even more help would be available. I did so and then immediately placed an order which arrived in just two days....perfectly replacing a broken wheel. Wish all travel issues could be so easily resolved with such friendliness, efficiency, and service!
