Stop-Over StoreReviews of stopoverstore.com

Just received this wheeled carry on a couple days ago. So far, love it...lots of space in the interior compartment...and expandable if needed. Substantial outer pockets for various accessories. Laptop, iPad, books, magazines, iPod, etc.,...can all be stored in those places. This bag will COMFORTABLY hold all your belongings for a 4 - day pairing. Appears this far to be very durable and strong...with style! Well made bag! MUCH more space then the status quo metal and plastic typical pilot bags that always look beat up after some use... I personally don't like those bags and wanted something different. This bag addressed that need. Jeff, with customer service at crew outfitters (stop over store), was awesome in helping me choose the correct wheeled luggage for my needs.

My husband retired from Boeing and his trusty baseball cap was looking worn. His new cap is good quality, and I cannot believe how quickly it arrived. This is my one and only experience with the Stop-Over Store, but if this is indicative of their customer service, I have no reservations about recommending them.

I needed a new suitcase for work before my next trip which was scheduled in three days. Thinking I didn't have the time to shop online I went to several local luggage stores. I was not satisfied with the type of luggage they sold nor the outrageous prices. None of the salesmen could even talk about the quality and features of their luggage. I sat down for a coffee and browsed the Stop-Over-Store website. Looking at all the choices I had lots of questions so I called their 800 number. I was given straight forward and helpful answers that helped me decide. Additionally they said it would take only 3 days for their standard free shipping. I ordered right away online, however, I accidentally ordered the wrong model. I called again and they helped me cancel the order and order the correct item. Long story shorter - item arrived on time and it's a great piece of luggage. Couldn't have expected a better result. Price was reasonable too.

I received my suitcase in 4 business days.

Product is perfect and easy to install. Very prompt shipping...arrived three days ahead of schedule.

Bought Stop-Over Store's replacement wheels for a TravelPro suitcase. The wheels arrived promptly, and came with needed bushings to be drop in replacements for the worn wheels on my 14 year old Travelpro suitcase. Thanks!

Order new suitcase online at the end of a trip. I had stopped at the store while passing through DTW and picked the one I wanted. Got on online and placed order with free shipping. Showed up a few days later as promised.

Very please with the quality and service I recieved.
