I ordered the wrong size 76 mm wheels and when I called I did not get an automated number pressing menu (thank God), nor an attitude and the lady answered promptly and immediately. What a refreshing surprise. She was awesome and from Minnesota. She said send back the wheels you can't use and we'll send you the wheels you need. Friggin' awesome!!!!!!!!!
