No problems with either payment or shipping I did notice that after only three days of traveling my suitcase's handle is showing signs of wear I definitely did not expect. I'm only using it as carry-on so I can't say it was damaged during ground handling. I will contact the company to figure that out. Other than that all was good.

I had a purdy neat bag, you know the metal framed ones, takes licking keeps on ticking thing, it finally after about 8 years gave up the ghost, so I went on line to find a replacement and purchased what I thought was the same bag, however, instead of being metal framed as the last one was this one was plastic. So we will see how long it holds up..., shipping was very fast, two days I believe and it was at my door...good job on that.

I recently bought their short sleeve cool max shirt hoping for another option to their competitor. Unfortunately, their fitted shirt isn't as fitted as I needed. The shoulders hung bast my shoulders making the shirt look too large. If you're a smaller fit, this fitted shirt may not be fitted enough for you. Their service is great. Friendly people and quick to ship!

Everything got well. Initially the package has risked to arrive late due to an American national holiday and I was assisted by Greg who advised me by email, but at the end I have got everything on time!
