Found the replacement part I needed and received it within a week.

I ordered a shirt, a pair of shoes and a computer bag. All three showed up at the same time in a reasonable time frame. the shirt is a nice fit but pricey. The shoes are not that comfortable for the price but may need to be broken in. The bag was on sale probably because the design of the main zipper is poor. I makes a hard turn on the top corners of the bag and the zipper gets hung up on those tight turns. I don't see this lasting very long. However the rest of the bag is very nice and the price was reasonable.

Service was good. i did get a follow up call as some of the size asked were unfortunatly not available ( that is why i give only a a 4 stars as selection was still available on line). i was not so excited about the physical "at the store" purchase i did the day before for the luggage. they did not have any idea about some of the on line promotion and that is the reason i went on line to finish my order (tshirt and computer bag). i do like quality of product... Great ordering fast shipping but didn't get complete order. Ordered a quanity of three, paperwork reflected three were shipped but only one in shipment.

Travelpro Platinum II, I needed to drill out the axle rivets and rebuild them with parts from the hardware store in order to use the new wheels. Offering an axle kit for use with the Platinum II line would be helpful. Works great now and should last a long time.

Ordered 2 of the FlightPro Travel Crew4 22" bags for use as passenger carry-ons. The Stop-Over Store accidentally sent the Expandable instead of the regular model of Rollaboard. Then I discovered that the 22" is too tall for the American and Alaskan airlines restrictions. I called, and they immediately apologized and offered to send the non-expandable. When I explained my need for the 20" instead of 22", they said no problem. Within about 5 days I received the desired 20" bags, and a free return shipping label for the first 2 bags. They also credited back to my card the difference in price. Anyone can make a mistake occasionally. What matters then is how well they correct it. This store was exceptionally nice and fast in setting things right!!! I'd definitely do business with them again.

Got the new Stealth Aviator. Pricey but well thought out. Materials seem excellent as well as overall quality. I gave 4 stars instead of five because the bag came with wheels very sloppy. Too much play. One of the wheels would intermittently contact the aluminum back plate and bind as well as shave off rubber from inside edge of wheel. Should've been caught by QC before shipping. The Good news is that the company has excellent customer service and promptly sent out upgraded replacement wheels and spacers. 10 minutes later bag seems perfect. Thanx stopover store!
