Product is fine. However I'm dissatisfied with how much shipping costs are. It is ridiculous trying to save money on this website and having $15 or more added to my order.

Hi Jenly, Sorry you feel that way, We only charge what the cost is to our company. we strive to keep our costs as low as possible, I looked up your order, and you ordered 9 items for a total of 39.41 with a UPS cost of 10.95.

Because I am an airline pilot that lives alone and gone a lot I have been trying to coordinate my delivery for when I am home and for the second time in a row UPS is showing a delivery date corresponding to a day I leave on a trip which means my package will be sitting outside subject to the elements and theft the entire time I am away. Why would it take over a week for me to get a product from you?

I looked on your site for replacement wheels for my old travelpro 22 your website stated the new skate wheels size 68mm would replace the 2 1/2 in originals there was not enough clearance I have to send them back and get the original wheels I was looking for something better thanks, John

The Stop Over Store is great, both the stores and mail order are convenient and have always have what I need. Unfortunately, I ordered the Luggage Works 22" Executive Pilot Bag (plastic frame) and was not impressed. The handle retraction mechanism is faulty, there is now a screw missing on the front, and several screws were driven too deeply into the plastic frame. I have owned this same bag previously and loved its light weight. This new one does not come close to the bag of old and is worthy or a complaint to Luggage Works, and a return in exchange for the heavier metal frame bag. Hoping that this one is just a "dud" and their manufacturing is still top notch.

Good selection of products but once I paid for my order there was no follow up. I didn't know that my handle had shipped but not my suitcase. I tried to track my suitcase online but ran into a dead end on the website

I got my flight case pretty quickly (2 business days with the free shipping). But it didn't come with the custom handle that I purchased. Instead I got a hand written note on my receipt that said, "will ship handle later." Well, how long exactly is later? A day? A week? A year?

Good Morning Richard, Sorry about that .. we sent that from the MFG. we usually have a stamp that says will mail out in 2 Weeks. We do this so it does not hold up the shipment of the bag. You should have the handle very soon Have a great day, Jeff

I received my bag extremely quick. I appreciated the timely delivery. However after using my bag for a month the top clasp no longer will hold the hook. Every time I put an item on my hook the weight rips it out of the clasp. I'm disappointed in how quickly the clasp had broken. I expected better from this company.
