The first wheels that I got were too wide. The second set fit perfectly. Stopover store allowed me to return the ones that didn't fit. They have very good customer service, and its good to know one can order wheels and put them on yourself instead of going to an expensive luggage repair place.

The items I ordered were of good quality, and the shipment was completed and in my hands quickly. An item wasn't what I thought it would be but I probably didn't look over the dimensions adequately myself. Still the item was a good one. I would order from them again.

I really appreciated Jeff who helped and walked me through the process of buying a new luggage. Finally I got the one he recommend it would be my tough luggage on the road with for quite a long long while! Thanks Jeff for your information and great customer service.
