I had my bag within 3 days! Regular shipping. Very pleased.

I've been a "Tumi" user over the years and recently decided it was too expensive for what you get. I did some research and decided on the Travelpro Crew4 carryon luggage. The person I spoke with on several different occasions answered my questions thoroughly with recommendations for my style of travel (leisure travel). When I placed the order, the bags were shipped (for free) and arrived the next day! I spent a fraction of what I would have spent for comparable bags from Tumi and was very impressed with the customer service.

I ordered several aircraft stickers for the second time because I had upgraded my tool box. Both orders showed up days earlier than anticipated. Full value for my money. Quick delivery. Outstanding performance.
