I researched suitcases. Called the Stop-over Store and talked to the sales person. Based on what I told her, she recommended a suitcase that would be tough and fill my needs. I ordered the suitcase and it arrived exactly when she said it would and I was charged exactly what I expected. So everything about the store was good. EXCEPT: I HATE the suitcase. I got the Aurora 22" Expandable and I hate it. There are way too many zippers/pockets and way too little room. However the worst feature is that unless you pack it in a certain way, as soon as you let go, the suitcase falls forward. If you load the back pocket to try to balance it, it will not fit into an overhead bin. Pockets inside the suitcase that should hold things are oriented so that everything falls out when you open the suitcase. It is a bad design. To be fair, the fit and finish of the suitcase is very nice. However after a 7 day trip, I know I made a huge and costly mistake. Try before you buy!

Shipping was just as much as my order.. Unlike that

I ordered wheels for my TravelPro rolling garment bag based on the description of them on this site. They did not even come close to fitting. My bag has wheels that are cut out to make way for additional bearings and the wheels I received were nothing more than skate wheels that were the correct diameter. There was no way I could make them fit.

Service was great but find a way to provide free shipping. People don't like to pay for shipping, especially since we get a discount ......

Colors, patterns and shades could not be clearly view. A Cut above has a better website to view uniforms and measurements. However goods did arrive on time.

They have anything and everything a traveling professional would need, but interactions with staff is varied based on which staff members you talk to. Most are extremely pleasant and helpful, but a few others could use some customer service training.

I am looking forward to receiving my order but it hasn't arrived yet.
