You have outdated Links on your site that show a product on sale...when clicked, no product. I talked to your personnel at the main office where product is shipped from and they are aware of the problem but didn't seem very concerned. Deceptive advertising. ..

I ordered the strap & hook on-line. It was very easy & quick, however, the strap does not stay put, as the strap slides & causes my flight bag to slide down from the roller-bag making it difficult to pull.

the part was not correct for my bag. I needed to buy additional hardware to get the wheels to work. Better description would have helped. Service was prompt

Ordered this bag on January 30th. The bag arrived, nicely packaged, on February 5th. That's fast shipping! The only grumble I have is that even though UPS sent me tracking information, their tracking information does not include the name of the sender, only the city where the package originates. The Stop-Over Store could look into the policy of sending an email notifying the purchaser that their package is on the way to them, and include the tracking information. Redundant, maybe, but free, and removes questions (and maybe a phone call, i.e.: time) for the purchaser and the Stop-Over Store.

They advertise a free handle wrap and name tag for the stealth air bag, however the handle wrap is actually just the one that already came on the bag from the manufacturer. Therfore its just a gimmick to get you to buy from them. I called customer service to inquire and they offered no explanation other than to agree with me that they didn't know why it was advertised that way either. She did inform me I could get a custom handle wrap for $12.99 extra. My advice just buy from the manufacturer directly, its the same price and if anything goes wrong with the product you can just send it back to them without the middle man. The bag is great however and shipping was quick.

Late. Late. Late. As of now it is over a week late. It is Christmastime, but over a week?
