I purchased 6 of the short sleeve crew outfitters gold oxfords. Very cheap material. Not really any longer tail than any other shirt. 3 of the 6 shirts I recieved are made different. I originally received 3 shirts with the message that the other 3 would ship In a few days. I finally called back about a month later and the shirts had never been sent. Very poor quality shirt and poor service. The material looks so bad, I'm kind of embarrassed to wear them to work. Shirt should be about a $15 shirt, not $30.

I paid extra for two-day delivery. It should have arrived the day before we left allowing me to use it for our two-week trip. However, it was then scheduled for delivery the evening of the day we traveled. I had to go online and have UPS deliver it to a neighbor. This was unacceptable to me as I could have gone with the cheaper shipping. I feel a refund of the shipping is in order.

I needed replacement wheels for my TravelPro Platinum 3 luggage and selected the replacement part from the list provided on your website. After taking my luggage apart to install the new wheels, it seems that what I really needed were not replacement wheels but replacement wheel assemblies. I have decided to buy new luggage rather than spend any more time or energy trying to repair the old.

shipping is messed up.

Log wrap was suppose to be sent in 2 weeks to go with luggage and it has been over 5 weeks and it has not arrived. My son tried to order a new captains jacket and was told someone would call him back, no one did.
