We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the remaining inventory of this item was found to have damage and could not be shipped in the condition we require for our customers. We notified you by email that the product was no longer available. Before our online inventory had fully updated, a second order for the same item was placed. Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill that order for the same reason. Rather than ship damaged material, we canceled the order and issued a full refund. We understand the frustration and apologize that the inventory update did not happen quickly enough to prevent the second order.
