I am very pleased with the entire transaction. I wanted 4 more small plates for a set I bought in 2024. They agreed to sell me the four even though they usually only sell it in a set. We chipped a couple dinner plates taking them out of the dishwasher. I emailed product support and they graciously allowed me to order 2 dinner plates, despite their policy of selling an entire set. I hope they continue to allow purchases of individual items, since people aren’t perfect and sometimes break things.
