Love their products! Got my order and one of the plates was broken and they replaced it no questions asked and super fast shipping.

The dining set I had ordered was the wrong color that I needed and plus the dents in the plates and cups and saucers wasn’t my taste, if the had’ve been just plain they would have been beautiful. Stonelain did not give me no problem getting my refund back . They got right on it . Thank you

We ordered plates from stone+lain which were very nice and very high quality. However, the color didn't match our other plates. We contacted the company and they were very responsive and provided exceptional customer service. Even though these plates didn't work out, we would definitely shop from this company again. Great company to work with and highly recommended!

I bought the black stone dishes and they have a rich heftiness that makes them feel rich to the touch and seem sturdy enough to withstand an Oklahoma tornado. I paired them with gold silverware and the table looks elegant. The company has the best price I found anywhere--buy direct! You will not be disappointed.

Ordered twelve place settings of stoneware dinnerware. Inspected items for imperfections as instructed in directions supplied with dinnerware. I found imperfections in two dinner plates. I notified customer service with a photo of what I found. My e-mail was responded to promptly. After verifying my shipping address, Stone Lain notified me that the replacement items would be shipped via Fed Ex with a tracking number. The following day I received an email that the items shipped and that anticipated delivery is tomorrow.
