The delivery issue (ordered from stonelain website) almost spoiled my Christmas surprise. The quality of product seems to be good but the entire crockery (every piece) is dusty when opened. It seems it was lying open in some muddy storage before and was packed and sent as is. I wish there was a provision to upload pictures here. Too many issues.

Opened the box and put them all in the dishwasher and when done, there were specs of white dots in the center of the plates and cups indicating some sort of melting paint. Horrible!

Delivered to the wrong address

I received the order busted and I've sent 3 emails but no responds.

Ordered setting for 8 was just sent set of 4. After only complaining did they say they forgot to send the other box. Still have not received the next set. Maybe expedite it if the box was forgotten. Just a thought

Supposed to arrive on Dec. 3rd then moved back saying it will arrive Dec. 10th and not sure how that will happen when it looks like it is still in Utah! The approach is similar to most services as you over commit knowing you will never live up to that timeframe but we have the order.

Poor quality product arrived broken & lost two in dishwasher.🙁☹️

I would love to give you a better review…but after almost two weeks, I still haven’t received my order. Seriously: DEAD people move faster than your company. I’m so frustrated…I might just return my dishes- if they ever arrive! 😡
