Packaging kept all my stoneware in one piece, they showed up immaculate and on time - no complaints, loving my new set.

Very beautiful dishes we love them. Some come with flaws like small chips which I am not sure is part of the experience with hand crafted stuff or not. Some others had like a glob of the stoneware on the bottom of the plate which was sharp and gave my wife a small cut on her hand when she washed it. All in all though we love the dishes and look forward to using them for many years

I ordered too many place settings and they are allowing me to return free of charge. I also had put the wrong delivery address ( my work) and they were very accommodating and changed the address. Besides all that, the dishes are fantastic. I love the black matte, the style and I can’t rave about them enough.
