Ordering was simple and easy and the delivery was very fast. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because I ordered this item as a wedding gift and there was no option during the ordering process to leave a message for the recipients.

Quality product, slow slow shipping, so just know that going in. But, it's worth the wait.

The quality is excellent, but it leaves black marks on the plates when cutting meat or bread. You have to use Bar Keepers Friend or some other stain remover to get them off. The marks do not remove easily! Overall, they’re great!

**Updated** After my review on Trustpilot, Stone + Lain was quick to reach out and send me the replacement bowl. Thank you for your response and quick shipment of the replacement piece. The stoneware is beautiful. However, one of the bowls arrived broken. I took pictures and contacted the company for a replacement and then never received a response. I have filled out the replacement form twice and sent three separate emails asking for assistance, but have not received a response.

The dinnerware was beautiful. The description said it was dishwasher safe but when the plates arrived they were not. Customer service was great setting up a return.

Love the color of the white reactive glaze Romy dinnerware set. I feel the quailty could be better. There were some bumps and grooves on the plates. Those that were not good quality should not have been included in the set.. Not good policy. Need to have better quality control. Overall I like the set and decided to keep it.

Beautiful dishes at a great price. Had a little snafu but customer service took care of issue right away. Thanks

Dishes are great, but quality control is a bit lax. About 3 out of 8 dinner plates don't stack flat on top of the others. Same story for the smaller salad plates, but the bowls and cups have no issues.
