YOUR PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE. I ALREADY HAVE BLACK SCRATCHES ALL OVER MY PLATES BY USING A BASIC KNIFE.

You did not read my email when i returned the first set of dishes, the order states a setting of 8 with a total of 32 dishes. I only received 24 dishes. I sent a screen shot of the setting of 8 showing 32 dishes. The first set of dishes were all defective. You replaced the first set with anothe set of 24 (not 32), and all those dishes are also defective. I am not going to pay $200 or more for dishes that are not being quality checked before shipping. My guess is you hired highschool kids to make the dishes and box them up hoping someone wouldn't notice. Each and every dish has a defect. This is unacceptable. If I showed these dishes to a panel jury they would question how you are in business.

Never received my item, according to FedEx it was delivered. I was at home never did my apt bell rang nor was it delivered to my door. I am very very upset the item was for Christmas Eve dinner with family coming from out of town, Horrible experience
