The plates are great. I do wish they stacked better

I absolutely love my new stoneware! We use it every day and it’s so bright and cheerful. I got the spring selection with four different colors. However, after just a few days, we begin to notice little scratches on the stoneware probably from our silverware. That’s disappointing.

I made a purchase through the knot.com as a wedding gift. I expected that the gift would be sent automatically to the bride but my confirmation stated it was being sent to me. I had difficulty getting in touch with someone to correct the delivery address. There was no response to multiple emails. There is no phone number on the website. I called 411 to get a phone number. I only had the option to leave a message. Eventually, after much effort I did hear from customer service and I was able to correct the delivery address. I also had to mark the gift as purchased manually

The product was well shipped. Each piece was structured with heavy backing to eliminate any chance of cracking or outright breaking. I was only surprised by the weight of each piece. They were much heavier than expected. Elegant, but I think they will be more awkward to use at a family dinner. They will be excellent for formal dining. Prices on their website matched those from Amazon. I was happy to get pieces that Amazon didn't carry.

Really like my dishes

Product arrived fairly quickly with no shipping damage. This purchase was a gift so the dishes have yet to be used, but they seem to be exactly what was wanted.
