I haven’t received any information regarding a request I made for damages to some items damaged upon receiving it. My email sent Dec 28th 2 follow up emails were sent to no avail. It breaks my heart not being able to host my guests with this beautiful set of dishes

The plates are nice but apparently not dishwasher safe. One wash and there are spots where the black has come off on the plates and mugs. Had hoped they would be more durable than this. Easy to order and good shipping.
