When I damaged a bowl from a newly acquired set of stoneware, I contacted Stone + Lain for help getting a replacement and was immediately contacted by customer service to make the arrangements. The bowl arrived in perfect condition a few days later, making me whole again. I highly recommend this company, their products, and their stellar resolution to my inquiry!

I had a dinner plate that got chipped and needed to replace it. Contacted Customer Service and they agreed to sell me just one plate. When I receive my order, turned out to be a salad plate. I contacted customer Service and they resolve the issue quickly and sent me out a dinner plate.

Amazing, one of the plates got broken during delivery and they sent a replacement just in time for Christmas! Thank you so much!
