I subscribed for a year. At the end of the year, I went to cancel a few days late and was told I would need to pay £112 to cancel AND lose all my remaining credits built up over the previous year. It's a complete waste of money for the year. think I had 5 months worth of credits remaining. IE 5 x £23.99 = 119.95 Absolute SCAM AVOID AVOID I will be currently issuing a chargeback with my bank in relation to this matter.

The content is alright but it's too easy to accidentally subscribe for a whole year, it looks like it's monthly. I asked them to not auto-renew me next year but apparently that's not possible! So you have to remember to cancel a week before the billing comes around again. Makes me angry actually.

The best photo stock! Live support, good attitude towards content authors, good royalties.

Just when I need to download a photo (under deadline), the site starts sending me 503 errors and won't download!!!

I have never written a negative review in my life but I will make an effort for Adobe. I have been trying to cancel my monthly plan for 3 YEARS without success and have paid them hundreds against my will. Apparently you can only do that without paying an exorbitant exit fee for exactly 1 WEEK a year and if you miss that - well, hello for another year of fees! I have never hated a product more than this. Its a legitimate scam.
