I cancelled my free trial three days before the period ended after getting a reminder email - as I didn't want to forget. In the process of cancelling, it said I still had the three days to use up the rest of the credits. Turned out, my free trial was cancelled about fifteen minutes after. So, I Iost those three days, and my unused credits. I'm so disappointed! I guess other people have had issues with their subscriptions for various reasons. Really, Adobe, as a trusted brand, you could've done better!!

AND, if you do forget, read below: WHAT TO DO TO CANCEL WITHOUT A FEE? CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT PLAN AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY AFTER within the trial window (usually 14 days). I wish I had known how to do it sooner. WORST BUSINESS ETHOS EVER!! BOYCOTT TO ADOBE IS WHAT THEY DESERVE!

Je fais un essai gratuit de 5 jours. Les fonctions ne me conviennent pas (touffu) et je résilie après 3 jours. 3 jours après, je suis taxé !!! Prélèvement direct sur ma banque. Des méthodes de racket ! N'essayez pas les produits Adobe !

Adobe nous informe de l'expiration de crédits que 2 jours avant la fin !... Pas le temps de se retourner. Terminé Adobe stock !

Very bad packages. you will sign on annual payments without seeing the tiny sentences agreement. bad behavior. I'd already spent a fair deal of money (105 NIS a month) and then get stung - 475 Shekel for cancelling!!!! You should not be penalized for cancelling a subscription. I opened a trial for Adobe Stock, but I did not want to continue using it. I knew I must make sure to net get billed. Strange was, in my account I could not find any subscription that I could cancel. This was mid february two weeks before end of the trial period. So to make sure, I deleted the account. Guess what. Now I found 35$ billed on my creditcard. I had to chat with their support and they tell me the account is still active. Looks all like a trick to me. But at least in the end they accepted to terminate my subcription and promised a refound. Nevertheless cost me 1 hour solving the problem they created.
