I’ve had no issues with stilt so far. Took a little bit long to get approved and receive the money, but other wise support is excellent/helpful and it was a smooth process overall.

Update**** I have received my loan. There was a problem with the transfer between banks and it took some time to fix. The customer service people were always nice and that helped. I applied for a loan Dec 6. I was approved 2 weeks later. Now considering its 2021/2022 the funds should be deposited the next day. Well Dec 31 and still no funds. Seems like there is always an excuse. Customer service is very nice,but being nice and not getting your loan proceeds are two different things. They say I have a payment due Jan 22 and I havent received anything. *****I will update my rate and review if I actually receive my loan*****.

**Ok, so I said I would update. As of today 12/31/21, I did in fact recieve my funds and was even contacted via text by Stilt, to ensure everything was ok. So as of now, I can say my experience is much more positive. So as of now this is my experience and will update once I have more info. I was approved on 12/23/21 for a loan through Stilt. As of now I do not have my funds, being told by 1/3 I should have them and will update on whether or not I recieved them. Communication seems to be an issue. If you don't open a previous chat with same person/rep you had before, then it goes in long que and forget being answered. Also, been seeing reviews of loan payments being taken but never reflected on account. Not sure what to make of it all. Seems like a lot of red flags.

I was looking for a loan to clear off my credit card debt and that’s when I was contacted by Stilt. Initially I was a bit hesitant to reply to them thinking that the APR would be too high. But after chatting with the Stilt team, all my doubts were cleared and they offered me a good rate. Loan process took one week and the funds were deposited to my account the next week. So altogether it took two weeks. My overall experience with Stilt has been good. I would rate 8/10.
