From setup to loan disbursement to automatic payment scheduling, the whole process was seamless. Customer service support is also awesome. If they could lower the rate just a lil bit, it’d be another level awesome :)

Everything was great with Stilt until it wasn’t. Beyond the app being very clunky and not very helpful, at the end of my loan there was a balance of less than $7 in my loan, which should have been automatically withdrawn as I was in auto-pay for the duration of the loan, but it wasn’t, creating a delinquent report in my credit history. Stilt did not communicate anything to me regarding payment of the $7 and when I asked for support, they just replied by sending me back to the credit bureau. Disappointing end to an otherwise good relationship.
