I took an in-person training course for…
I took an in-person training course for an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification. The instructor, Rudy Nieblas, was very knowledgeable and provided great insight on the process. His approach was more of a mentor/coach vs. a traditional instructor. He allowed plenty of time for questions and discussions which made the materials very relatable/practical for real world scenarios.

Overall good experience the instructor was on point and always willing to help and made sure all was understood. The training felt at ease and at a good pace as well, so a very good mixture.
