My experience was very positive. When I had to call, the agents were always patient, professional and helpful. The only suggestion is to remind anyone going for a drug screening that they need to make sure they take the code number provided by the potential employer, not the number sent by the lab.

Absolute terrible company, was made to do a background check by an potential employer, while having a current employment. They contacted my current employer, some out sourced person from the Phillipines, with no professionalism at all, which resulted in loosing my job and not getting the one I applied for. They gave a lot of oh well its not are fault, they also refuse to send me the results, saying it's company policy, even though they have all my personal information.... what a bunch of horrible people that work there, no class, no proffesionalism, cheap outsourced labor to do the work from uneducated outsourced workers. All they ask is defimation of character questions to provide to the potential new employer, not taking into account what type of employment contract the candidate has. I would be embarrassed if this was the company I worked for. Ruined my life in a time where getting an employment is extremely difficult.

Overall pretty smooth. Enjoyed the direct support as a candidate. It would have been nice to know that whiel Sterling only asked for 7 years of career history, they also compared that to my resume, which goes back way further and marked it "review" even though I passed everything else. Guidance should be to include all employers included on the resume.
