They are rubbish company. I couldn't create login, I couldn't change my password, they didn't explain what was wrong, the support centre doesn't work. It loks like nothing work whith this company. And Uber gave them check our background?! It's absolutly ceazy! They all forgot what's mean responsability!

I had to make a phone call to recover the id i needed in order to get my test done. The staff who answered the phone, a young lady. I don't recall her name right now. She was very courteous. patient and responsive to my need at the time. She verified who I was and, provided me with information I needed. The information had been sent to me, however it had gone into my spam folder, of which I had very little time to access, while working with clients all week. She empowered me to get the test done which allowed me to go back to work in a timely manner. I was able to get the screening done without having to drive all the way back to my facility. For this Iam very grateful, the staff support was excellent.!
