Hello. What I liked about the process was that it communicated the process and document requirement in quite a simple way. It was self explanatory and clear communication Though I am still waiting for final outcome I am expecting Sterling will be sharing with me when exactly the outcome will shared with me.

The facility located in Southfield MI on Greenfield and 9 mile rds made the experience very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, kind and polite. Everyone made me feel like they understood when I wasn't able to urinate on command and offered water to help with the process. They were patient with me and was kind enough to wait till I could urinate. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. If I need to get future testing this will always be my facility of choice.
