I love that Sterling has been consistent in their customer excellent service. They're very professional and responsive. It's so easy to contact them by phone (not a chatbot!) and they are able to resolve my queries promptly. If an answer is not available right away, they make sure to follow up with me to let me know when I can expect to hear back from them, and they deliver. Definitely 5 stars!
