I’ve had to provide sterling with tons of extra information on top of a super in depth initial sweep of my personal information for them to perform a background check. Isn’t it your job as an agency performing background checks to find and verify the information I provided initially? Why is my employer paying you to email me to send you my W2s?

I have had the pleasure of working with 3 of your agents during the time it took to fill out all paperwork. Today might be the topper. I ran into an issue at the testing site and the way one of the technicians reacted, I was sure I had lost the job that I had strived for. On my way home, I tried reaching out to an agent to clarify my dilemna. Marie answered and after hearing what I just gone thru she reassured me that I was not the first person this happened to. In no time she had me moving in a positive direction and gave me the contact information. Hopefully, I willl hear some good news in the morning, since I'm running short on time.thanks Marie!
