I would like to commend the job your client support representative, Alex Scott, did for me in making sure I received my background check report in a timely manner. He conscientiously followed up with me over two days with emails informing me of the progress of my BGC getting to me. Mr. Scott is obviously a very professional and dedicated employee with excellent customer service skills. Sterling is very fortunate to have him as their employee.

This company was so helpful they even call you back and see if everything is taken care of and everyone is so polite the very patient it doesn't matter how many questions you ask they are patient with you that's what I call good customer service

Application was pretty straight forward. I did call about a question, they were able to answer it quickly. Had no issues.

This is the second time I have used Sterling for a job position and it was the same scenario. Asking for things that I could have just provided to the hiring company directly. Also, it always takes so long for everything. I have had background checks and drug screens come back in a matter of days, yet every time Sterling is involved it takes at least 2 weeks. It is what it is and I don't pay for it, but still everyone is anxious to get started upon receiving a job offer and it should not take that long.

Very good customer service
