The Reps were fine. I called the 1-800 number 4 times with issues hearing the Reps and them hearing me.The 1-888 number worked fine. Also, I received an email on Friday requesting 2 pieces of information. Received another email on Monday morning asking for the original 2 pieces of info plus 2 additional pieces of info. I wished the Friday email would have included all info needed.

After many minutes of already assistance from me, the back ground check team was unable to completely verify all my information. With excuses such as “unable to contact the employer or school” I generally trusted them but chose to verify. I contacted all the needed verifications with just one call. Simply by just looking up the number. Half of the verification process was my own work. To where honestly, i feel as if i couldve just verified my own work and school history. But on the brighter side is just that, i didnt have to do it all myself. And they were fairly quick. So-so work review.

My browser was not working well and the team was able to get me into the system.

It was a Good t The only problem I had was getting the password to work it took 3 of them to finally to work but besides that everything else was good
