I wasn't able to add an additional job on the background check. I called to inquire about it and got a quick response stating that my potential future employee only required one job versus the 3 years it asked for. He was very friendly and answered my question within a couple of minutes. I was very happy with his quick and courteous response to my question.

I'm not sure who helped me but she was awesome and got me straightened out quick!

Upon being notified of Sterling doing the background check, I awaited a welcome email of some sort. Unfortunately, I never did receive one. Three days later, a reminder email came through that gave me a customer service number if the initial service email needs to be resent. The customer service representative was very polite and quick to resend the email. She said the date and time the original was sent but I still never found it. Upon resending the email, I completed my submittals. The interface was easy to follow and made the process fairly simple.

The CSR who assisted me was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding she helped me reset my password and stayed on the phone with me until it was complete.
