Disgraceful service and backwards. Somehow they got my date of birth in wrong format so post office unable to verify. Application confusing as date formats are required in different ways. I have been trying to get this resolved for over a week. Support is so bad. When you call it takes over an hour to get someone and they don't seem to have a way to fix. When you email them they send a reply back every couple of days. Im in limbo now so unable to complete the process and no help is being given.

I'm not happy with lab Corp, they didn't ask for my current medications and I'm upset that rumors going around I'm on drugs..they did not do their job and know I have no job !

Lady was very rude, several agents had very strong Indian accents and hard to understand. Agent could not verify employment so I had to do your job and provide proof of employment!
