Sterling's is a great temp agency. They responded very fast when I had an issue with my drug testing, and the people I spoke to over the phone for help were extremely nice and efficient at what they do.

Excellent service! Top notch customer care. I had an incorrect issue on my background report that was keeping me from starting a new job offer, so time was very crucial on resolving this issue. I reached out to the courts to get the ball moving to figure out what needs to be done to correct this. After being told for the second day that they should have something by end of day, which did not happen. 3 days into this I decided to call Sterling. I spoke to a rep that I wished I could remember her name so I could let Sterling know how awesome she was. I told her my situation and she explained the next steps I would need to do after receiving an email within 24 hours to dispute.Next day I spoke with a Becky from the dispute team. Once again excellent service ,true empathy which is hard to come by these days. Becky was very understanding and informative on what will take place. And what happened next, to be exact less than 2 hrs I received an email with an amended background report with the correction complete,problem resolved. And the care even after that reaching out to me multiple times to make sure I received the new report. Sterling whatever your doing , if it's your training or just having the right people on your team it's working. I myself believe in true honest customer care being a Director in hospitality. And I strive for excellence, always trying to find ways to make it better. But let me say how your team managed and handled my situation it would be almost impossible to find a better way .Again to the Sterling team , THANK YOU!

I like it.. however just one question. what is that you verify with the current employer or manager . How does that it affect any candidate who has already cleared all the interview rounds and just waiting for the offer letter?
