As a company, we have used Sterling Background check for well over 10 years. Their support system is top notch, whether it be form issues, log on issues or general questions. This time is was a return on a potential employees background check, The candidate appeared to be excellent but two weeks passed and we heard nothing back. I reached out to support to see if they could expedite the process and I had an answer in less then 24 hours via email. I cannot say enough about the service we receive from Sterling.

Probably the worst background check company that I had to use. Called them numerous times, I waited over 45 min and no answer. Emailed them several times and got candid response after 4 or 5 days later. I appreciate Covid has had an impact, but the level of communication is unacceptable and they should do better!

VERY helpful! I had some questions and they were answered promptly and with professional accuracy.

I phoned into Sterling to provide my SS# and DOB. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and respectful. I also had to provide names/numbers of former employers for verification. In doing so, I made the representative aware that my former employer was no longer operating. That said, he assured me not to worry and if necessary they can use my tax forms for verification. Overall, he took the time to assure me not to worry and if I had any further questions, he and/or someone on the team would be more than happy to help. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The Sterling rep was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get registered for my drug test. She was pleasant and was very quick in addressing my issue. Everything was fixed in that one phone call.
