They farm your information, period. I hadn’t had a junk email in months until I sent off my background check to these people, and I spent the next 2 1/2 weeks getting blasted with about 30 junk messages a day. I got into a fistfight in 2005, I applied for a job at the lumberyard in 2023 and apparently my criminal record disqualifies me as a lumberyard employee L O L. Avoid any company that uses third parties to background check you, You’re giving up information to somebody that you don’t know, that obviously sells your information to someone else you don’t know. I am not exactly sure what my history of fixed addresses has to do with my background check, But I found it very odd that they asked for seven years of where I lived, and they wanted the exact dates when I moved. Information, farm, avoid at all costs

The background check went smoothly. It was after that I was not sure what to except or what to look for in my personal box. I tried to contact the assigned case rep but, the extension number was invalid. Other than those problem areas, the experience was pleasant.

They were doing a background check on me. I submitted offer letters, job contracts, resignation letters and contact details the day the background check started. It's been now a week and they haven't even checked the documents. They asked me to submit them again. They asked for two different forms of ID and they now say that the documents are not suitable (it's a job contract, what kind of document are they looking for then?). This process could have easily been done in one day with all the information provided. One week later, they are asking me to submit the contract that I had submitted on day one again.
