I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me but I can't unfortunately. He was so helpful and instructive, and even though we discovered that my problem was "pilot error" he treated me with kindness and patience. Not only did he solve my initial problem but he walked me through the process and saved me a great deal of time. I'm not accustomed to that level of service from a support desk -- what a pleasant surprise!

I've worked mostly for startups, and some of them are not in business anymore. Sterling was able to verify employment through documents when necessary. When discrepancies arose between the information they got and what I provided, they were very open to start a dispute ticket. They resolved the dispute ticket within 24 hours, using evidence I provided and digging further with their own sources of information. Employment verification can be a mess when you work for small businesses. Sterling was able to deal with this.

Had a great Test , was easy to connect ( once I was able to resolve my zoom issues) The test was simple and easy to do and no stress involved. Thank You so much for the fast turnaround time on my results and thanks to the young lady with clear directions on doing the test PS It would be nice if Vault or Zoom had a number or Link you could do a Test zoom connect -Even if it is a cartoon or Alexa ,just to let you know the zoom App and Microphone are working properly
